Sh​anika Smith is a multi-talented realtor with eXp Realty, specializing in the Gwinnett County Area. She has twelve years experience in the industry, pays attention to detail and has strong negotiation skills.  

Shanika is a New York native who obtained a Bachelor's degree in communications at Brooklyn College.  She later on moved to Atlanta where she developed​ a love for real estate.  Started her career in Property Management as a leasing consultant and quickly excelled to management roles.  After gaining extensive experience working with real estate investors and developers, her passion grew, and the next step was to obtain a real estate license and S. Smith Real Estate was born.  

Representing the industry with an array of talents she has proven successful to her brand.  Staging homes, consults on home decor and custom Interior Design.  

Shanika has always had a love for home decor and furnishings. A lot of her experience came from decorating the homes of family and friends, which quickly turned into passion and inevitably a growing business. It is innate for her to walk into a home and instantly begin to create.
