OCCUPIED STAGING 

Staging an occupied home is a little different in that the current owner still lives in the space therefore everything is personalized to their liking. The goal in this process will be to use some of the existing furniture and decor mixed with new pieces to create an attractive layout buyers would love. This process will require the existing owner to consider storage for items not being used to avoid clutter. Remember we want the buyer to feel like it's their home, not yours.

REDESIGN

This service is for the home owner who has no clue what to do with their home, but wants a new look and feel. It's also a great time to de-clutter and get rid of items you no longer use or need. You'll be surprised at how much of your existing pieces can be used in combination with new pieces to create an entirely new home. This process is fun because you get to explore new ideas that will make you fall in love with your home all over again.

THE CONSULTATION

The consultation is the most important part of the process because this is where we meet to assess the home and discuss your needs. At this time we'll take measurements, photos and for an occupied home have a look at existing pieces that can be used in the design. Based on the information gathered and the length of time service is required a cost estimate will be prepared.

INSTALLATION

The day of install is pretty much easy going because it is already decided where everything will go and how it will all happen. In some instances there may be changes if something looks better elsewhere or we are simply adding or subtracting pieces. Otherwise it's pretty simple. The process can take up to 48 hours and when completed the clock starts then.
